The Digital Temple Scholarship

1. Definitions

“Digital Temple Scholarship” (“the Scholarship”) means the 90-day guided build container for accepted participants (“Scholars”), provided by Creator CEO Academy.

“Tuition” means the $888 payment required to activate the 12-month software license.

“Software” / “Platform” means the MONDAi software environment (CRM, funnels/pages, automations, email/SMS tools, analytics, AI assistants at your tier, etc.).

“Scholarship-Supported Access” means coaching, curriculum, live calls, and community access that are provided at no extra charge to accepted Scholars for the first 90 days.

“We,” “Us,” “Our” means Creator CEO Academy / Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC.

“You,” “Your,” “Scholar” means the accepted participant.

By paying Tuition and joining The Digital Temple Scholarship, you agree to these Terms and to the MONDAi Terms & Conditions, which govern software access, billing, IP, AI usage, compliance, and acceptable use. If anything here conflicts with the MONDAi Terms, the stricter rule applies.

2. What You Receive

2.1 Software Access (Paid)

Your $888 Tuition purchases a 12-month license to the Software.

That license includes your dashboard, CRM/contacts, funnels/pages, booking, automations, analytics, messaging tools, and AI assistants (as unlocked under your plan and milestones).

2.2 Scholarship-Supported Access (No Additional Charge)

When you are accepted, you receive — at no extra charge — for the first 90 days (~12 weeks):

The 90-day implementation curriculum built around:

Offer & Foundations, Automation & Ascension Pipeline, & Traffic Pipeline.
Bi-weekly group calls (Training/Implementation + Hot Seats/Q&A) during those 90 days.

Access to the private community space during those 90 days for live support and feedback.

We refer to this as “Scholarship-Supported” because you are not paying separately for coaching, curriculum, or the community container during the initial 90 days. Your only required payment is the $888 tuition for the Software.

3. After the 90 Days

After the initial 90-day build period ends:

3.1 Coaching & Calls

Scheduled group coaching calls and live hot seats end.

You will not receive ongoing coaching, private mentorship, or new live trainings unless you enroll in an advanced offer (for example, Creator CEO Academy, private advisory, implementation intensives, etc.).

3.2 Community / Tech Support

You retain access to the community space for technical assistance, platform questions, connection, and peer engagement as long as your Software license remains active and in good standing.

This community access does not include continued coaching or new curriculum drops.

3.3 Invitation to Deeper Support

You may be invited to join additional paid containers, upgrade paths, or advanced services (e.g. Creator CEO Academy, 1:1 strategy, DFY build support).

Participation in any next container is optional and billed separately.

4. Term, Renewal & Access to the Software

Your Software license lasts 12 months from activation.

Near the end of those 12 months, you will receive a renewal invoice:

Option A: Renew annually (e.g. $888/yr, or then-current annual rate), OR

Option B: Switch to a monthly plan (e.g. $97/mo, or then-current monthly rate).

If you do not renew by the deadline, your Software access will end.

When Software access ends, AI tools deactivate.

Your dashboard, automations, funnels, etc. will go offline.

We may retain your data for ~14 days after access ends to allow you to export contacts / core assets. After that grace window, data may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

5. No Refunds / No Chargebacks

This program is non-refundable.

All Tuition payments ($888) are final and non-refundable once processed.

You understand you are receiving immediate access to digital software, templates, workflows, AI tools, trainings, and proprietary frameworks.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for Tuition once payment has been made.

If you do not agree to a no-refund policy, do not complete checkout.

6. Conduct, Use, and Access

6.1 Community Conduct

You agree to:

Respect confidentiality. What is shared in the container stays in the container.

Avoid harassment, hate, extraction, or coercive selling.

Practice ethical marketing and nervous-system-safe behavior.

Refrain from spamming or cold pitching other Scholars without consent.

We can remove you from calls / community for conduct violations, harassment, spamming, or abusive behavior with no refund.

6.2 Account Use

Your account is personal to you / your business. You may not share your login or resell access.

You may not use our templates, prompts, or trainings to create a competing offer, “agency in a box,” or resale program without written permission.

7. AI Assistants, Templates & IP

AI assistants (NOAH, IRIS, ODIN, MONDAi prompt packs, etc.) and done-for-you automations are licensed to you for use in your own business while your Software license is active.

Certain assistants and advanced prompt packs are milestone-gated and unlock as you implement.

You may not copy, publish, resell, or redistribute these assets outside your own business without written approval.

Our systems, processes, trainings, funnels, automations, and frameworks remain our intellectual property.

You own the messaging you create for your brand, your brand assets, your content, and your client data.

8. Your Responsibility / No Guarantees

We give you the structure, systems, tools, and support container to build with clean systems and clean energy. We do not guarantee:

Specific revenue,

Lead volume,

Client conversion,

Audience growth,

Deliverability or compliance,

Legal/medical/financial claim approval.

Your results depend on your offer, effort, behavior, messaging, and market conditions. You are responsible for complying with marketing laws in your niche (especially health, money, and therapeutic claims).

9. Support Boundaries

During the first 90 days:

You get live calls, Q&A, review, and implementation guidance.
After the first 90 days:

You still have access to the community for tech assistance and platform questions while your Software license is active.

You do not have guaranteed coaching, audits, or live call access unless you join a paid upgrade container.

We aim to respond to support questions within normal business hours (posted in the community). We do not guarantee instant responses or done-for-you work.

10. Legal Disclaimer

10.1 Integration with MONDAi Terms

These Scholarship Terms are meant to sit alongside the MONDAi Terms & Conditions. By joining the Scholarship, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to both:

The Digital Temple Scholarship Agreement (this page), and

The MONDAi Terms & Conditions (software access, billing, acceptable use, data retention, etc.).

If there is any conflict, the stricter or more specific term applies.

10.2 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. You agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing [email protected] and allowing 30 days before bringing any claim. Venue for unresolved disputes will be Riverside County, United States, unless replaced by an arbitration clause in our main Terms.

10.3 Updates

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, platform capabilities, or program structure. Updates take effect when posted. Continued participation after an update means you accept the update.
