These Terms of Service govern your subscription to and use of the MONDAi platform and services. By completing registration, creating an account, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms; that you are of legal age to enter a binding contract; that the information you provided is accurate and complete; and that you have the authority to enter this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business entity.
Once accepted, these Terms — together with our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and any applicable Affiliate Agreement — constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC ("MONDAi," "we," or "us"). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
MONDAi is a platform provided by Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC, located at 2226 Eastlake Ave E, #1213, Seattle, WA 98102, USA.
White-Label Notice: MONDAi is built on GoHighLevel infrastructure. Core hosting and certain backend operations are provided by GoHighLevel Inc. Your contractual, billing, and support relationship is exclusively with Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC. GoHighLevel is not a party to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use MONDAi solely for lawful business purposes. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or a violation of these Terms occurs.
Access to MONDAi is provided through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time and your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You are billed $444 up front. Your license term is 12 months from activation. You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your term ends. If you choose not to renew, all access ends at term expiration.
You are billed each month at the then-current monthly rate. We may attempt up to 3 payment retries over 7 days for failed charges. If payment cannot be collected, access will be suspended or terminated.
All payments are final. Because MONDAi is a digital platform and access to software, templates, workflows, and AI tools is provisioned immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds, credits, or cancellations of the initial payment once processed.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) you are purchasing immediate access to digital tools, templates, and automations; (2) you will not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider for these fees; and (3) non-use of the platform does not qualify you for a refund or credit. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate billing, system error, or as required by consumer protection law. If you believe an error has occurred, contact support@creatormel.com within 7 days of the transaction.
All software, content, and technology available through MONDAi remain the exclusive property of Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC and its licensors, including GoHighLevel. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MONDAi solely for your own internal business purposes during the active term of your subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform or any proprietary assets without prior written permission.

MONDAi provides tools and infrastructure. What you build with them is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for:
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Please consult qualified professionals before making regulated claims in your marketing.
MONDAi provides tools, structure, strategy prompts, and infrastructure. We do not and cannot guarantee sales or revenue, lead volume, client bookings, audience growth, email deliverability, or legal compliance of your messaging. Your results depend on your offer, pricing, positioning, traffic, behavior, and external market conditions. You accept full responsibility for your business outcomes.
We provide platform support during posted business hours via our designated support channels. Support includes basic technical troubleshooting, guidance on using included tools, and clarification of templates and workflow setup. Support does not include custom funnel builds, custom copywriting, or done-for-you setup unless separately contracted. Typical first response time is within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Your use of MONDAi is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described therein. Because MONDAi is powered by GoHighLevel, some account data may be processed by GoHighLevel as a subprocessor under their own compliance frameworks.
The platform may integrate with third-party tools such as Stripe, Google, and Facebook. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions or failures.
We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Support inquiries can be submitted to support@creatormel.com.
MONDAi is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or meet every requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of MONDAi. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calibrated Ascension Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising out of your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in class action litigation.
We may update these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
